Why PENGER Exists
PENGER was born from a simple realization: the crypto industry had solved private key generation, wallet encryption, and transaction signing — but left the physical backup as an afterthought. We set out to engineer a backup solution with the same rigor applied to the cryptography itself.

PENGER v1.0
Each PENGER kit includes a precision-machined titanium plate, a center punch tool, and a complete encoding guide. The plate features a 12-word binary grid aligned with the BIP39 wordlist — 2,048 words mapped to 11-bit binary sequences.
The encoding process is simple: look up each word's index, convert to binary, and punch the corresponding dots. No electronics, no software, no third party ever sees your phrase. Restoration follows the same process in reverse.
